There are two movies about Caravaggio that I am aware of - one Caravaggio directed by Derek Jarman in 1986, and the other, which I prefer, Caravaggio made in 2007 by Angelo Longoni for RAI. The second one is a TV movie starring Alessio Boni, which might be part of the reason why I prefer it ;-) In any case, it is very nicely done and worth to see, if you get the chance :)
